WINCHESTER¿POLICE
Charged
— Ethan Berryman, 19, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana.
— Kristin Caudill, 18, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, failure to wear a seat belt, driving under the influence and no operator’s license.
— Arsenio Conner, 25, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.
— Todd Lee, 26, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary.
— Nathaniel B. Miller, 24, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving and license to be in possession.
— Lonnie E. Spencer, 52, was charged Friday with driving under the influence (second offense), failure to maintain insurance and operating on an expired operator’s license.
— Michael J. Wheatley, 38, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
Reports
— At 9:45 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 176 Westside Drive concerning a theft.
— At 10:11 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1563 Bypass Road concerning a missing iPhone.
— At 2:51 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 208 C.G. Stephenson Drive concerning a theft.
— At 3:36 p.m Friday, officers were called to 433 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of an old furnace and scrap metal.
— At 7:48 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 515 Colby Ridge Blvd. concerning the theft of a laptop computer. Todd Lee was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
— At 4:24 p.m Saturday, officers were called to Main and Depot streets for a domestic disturbance.
— At 2:20 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1313 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.
— At 4:16 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 4:08 p.m. Monday, Jon Vickery of 13544 Irvine Road reported that someone took numerous items from his barn including four lawn mowers, two step ladders, four steel fence posts and a tailgate from a Chevrolet pickup truck.
— At 1:30 a.m. today, deputies were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an assault. Roger Collins of 204 Springmist Drive said he was assaulted, but did not know where or who may have hit him. He said Jeffrey Tipton was with him. Deputies spoke with Tipton, who said Collins was harassing his girlfriend in a garage near the Montgomery County line. Tipton said he hit Collins, and Collins had a seizure. Tipton said he dropped Collins off at the hospital.
— At 4:30 p.m. Monday, Kristie D. Tirey of 727 Terry Drive reported that someone damaged her car during the night.
WINCHESTER¿FIRE-EMS
— During the holiday weekend, emergency personnel responded to 40 general medical calls, 10 cardiac cases, one diabetic case and six respiratory cases.
CLARK¿COUNTY¿FIRE
— At 9:25 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at East Kentucky Power.
— At 10:30 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Kroger.
