WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Eric D. Blythe, 33, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.
— Joel Wesley Otis, 26, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Matthew Edward Rucker, 30, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
— Travis W. Welch, 25, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful tkaing. He was also served a warrant.
Reports
— At 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft. Joel Wesley Otis was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 2:12 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 325 Canewood Drive after someone took a television and 150 DVDs.
— At 2:23 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 29 Hays St. after someone broke into the residence and took several items.
— At 6:18 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 32 Hays St. concerning a domestic assault. Eric D. Blythe was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to four general medical calls, two cardiac cases, four respiratory cases and one seizure.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 9:21 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS¿personnel with a call at Conkwright Middle School.
— At 2:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS¿personnel with a call at 4565 Ecton Road.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— On Tuesday, Nathaniel Allen of 249 Clintonville Road reported that someone broke into his home and took two iPad Minis, cash, a digital camera, an iPod Touch, baseball cards and antique coins.
