Charged
— Ronald D. Means, 52, was charged Tuesday with improper parking, public intoxication, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
— Tobias Nutter, 39, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 9:27 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 311 Hill St. after someone entered the home and took money.
— At 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 447 Colby Ridge Blvd. for a domestic disturbance. Tobias Nutter was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 10:39 a.m. Tuesday, Cecil D. Garrett of 399 College St. reported that someone took several items from his farm on Rosebud Lane, including two rolls of fence, a roll of barbed wire, a tool box, metal fence posts and two 50-gallon rain barrels.

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one obstetric case, one respiratory case and two overdoses.
