WINCHESTER POLICE

Reports
— At 12:23 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 118 Third St. concerning a report of a vehicle’s windows being shot out.
— At 4:21 p.m. Thursday, officers took a reported concerning money being taken from someone’s back account.

Accident
— At 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on East Washington Street in which Clay Rowsey of 16 French Ave. was traveling on Vine Street and did not stop for a stop sign. His vehicle then struck a vehicle driven by Brian Murray of 277 Sugar Ridge Road. Rowsey was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Accident
— At 7:32 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Kentucky 627 in which Joseph Holliman of 114 Georgia St. was traveling southbound in a Chevrolet pickup truck when he drifted in to the northbound lane, striking a Velia Solid Waste truck, driven by Joseph Esham of Morehead, in the side. Holliman’s vehicle then went off the opposite side of the road, struck a fence and overturned. Holliman was transported to the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.

Charged
— Ashley Noble, 28, of 1308 Dale Drive, was charged Friday for driving under the influence and improper passing.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, one diabetic case and one overdose.
