Charged
— Chelsea L. Brewer, 20, was charged Monday with failure to display hardship driving privilege, failure of owner to maintain insurance, first offense and unauthorized use of a vehicle under hardship driving privilege.
— James R. Gilliam, 26, was charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle under alcohol/drugs, second offense, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure of non-owner to maintain insurance, careless driving and was served a warrant from another police agency.
— Mathew Moore, 23, was charged Monday with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot.

— At noon Monday, officers responded to a report of the unauthorized use of a vehicle from a person at 42 Winn Ave.
— At 1:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of vandalism to a loader at a warehouse at 201 Magnolia Street.
— At 2:11, Lisa Newton reported that a United States Postal Service collection box at 740 Bypass Road had been vandalized sometime over the weekend.
— At 7:32 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of a stolen lawn mower at 24 Hiawatha Trail.
— At 10:49 p.m. Monday, a person at 205 Sterling Street reported that a known female stole his wallet.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
On Monday, emergency personnel conducted two local and two out-of-town transfers. They also responded to five medical calls, five falls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and conducted one engine assist.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 2180 Becknerville Road. The vehicle, which was sitting beside the house, was a total loss. The house was slightly damaged.
— At 12:52 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road.
