WINCHESTER POLICE

Reports
— At 1:37 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of a stolen phone at 26 Memorial Park.
— At 4:52 p.m. Thursday officers responded to a report of a vehicle being vandalized at The Path walking trail located at 1171 Boonesboro Road.

Charged
— Timothy S. Puckett, 32, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.
— Jason Schalte, 33, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.
— Aimee Thornberry, 38, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking, failure of owner to maintain insurance and no or expired registration plates.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel conducted seven out-of-town transfers. They also responded to four general medical calls, one cardiac call, one fall, one assault and one diabetic call.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT

— At 9:15 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a fire alarm at Fountain Circle.
— At 9:52 a.m., emergency personnel conducted an EMS assist at Fountain Circle.
— At 10:08 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a fire alarm at East Kentucky Power.
— At 11:51 a.m., emergency personnel conducted an EMS¿assist at Fountain Circle.
