Charged
— Rodney G. Butler, 33, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, second-degree fleeing or evading police, menacing and resisting arrest.
— Michelle A. Hillard, 27, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Michael D. Stephens, 37, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no or expired registration plate and no operator’s license.
— Santana Renee Townsend, 26, was charged Wednesday with failure to appear, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report
— At 7:13 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 309 Hamilton St. after someone broke into the residence and took two video game systems, an iPhone and a piggy bank.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged
— James T. Wells, 24, of 8303 Ecton Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary.

— At 6:50 a.m. Wednesday, John Merrick of 1411 Old Ruckerville Road reported that a known female entered his home and took medication, a cell phone and a box of motorcycle parts.

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel conducted two out-of-town transfers and responded to one general medical call, four falls, one motor vehicle accident, three overdoses and two engine assists.

CLARK¿COUNTY¿FIRE

— At 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 3:33 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS¿personnel with a call on Trapp Goff’s Corner Road.
— At 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 91 mile marker.
— Wednesday morning, firefighters assisted EMS¿personnel with a call at 2225 Stoner Ephesus Road.
