Charged
— Billy A. Works, 32, no address given, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, no insurance, driving under the influence and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
— Jeffrey W. Rose, 33, of 235 Carolina Ave. Apt. 41, was charged Monday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 3:36 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft.
— At 5:17 p.m. Friday, a woman reported that her husband’s wallet was stolen in Lexington and that it was being used in Winchester.
— At 8:33 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 28 Rowland Ave. after a stereo was taken from a vehicle.
— At 8:40 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 324 Market St. after a scooter was taken during the night.
— At 12:06 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 30 Stefanie Court concerning the theft of a cell phone.
— At 4:18 p.m. Saturday, a person reported a possible identity theft.
— At 11:11 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 120 Brooks Place Way concerning a theft.
— At 10:13 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 209 Buffalo Trace concerning an assault.
— At 10:46 a.m. Sunday, a person reported damage to his property.
— At 5:54 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 120 Brooks Place Way concerning a theft.
— At 4:05 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 100 Talbott Ave. after two string trimmers were recovered.
— At 9:11 a.m. Monday, a person reported the theft of a gun.
— At 9:23 a.m. Monday, a person filed a theft report.
