WINCHESTER  POLICE

Reports
— At 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report of breaking and entering at 200 Hubbard Road.

— At 10:19 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report of vandalism at 32, 36 and 39 Judy Ann Court.

— At 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report of assault at 126 Bay Hill Drive.

— At 3:41 p.m. Wedensday, police received a report of a stolen food stamp card at 525 N. Main St.

Charged
— David¿M. Gough, 56, of 4055 Irvine Road, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.

— Mellisse S. Gutfreund, 37 of Flemingsburg, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged
— Daniel Maxam, 23, of 226 Hibiscus, was charged Wednesday with first-degree robbery, third-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree burglary.

— Gary Ray, 33, of Frenchburg, was charged Wednesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

Report
— At 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Connie Maxam of 1255 The Ridings, reported the theft of a digital camera, camera lens and $700.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

—On Wednesday, emergency personnel conducted one local transfer. They also responded to five general medical cases, two cardiac cases, one fall, one seizure and one engine assist.

CLARK¿COUNTY¿FIRE

— At 2:35 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an EMS assist at 203 Delaplain Rd.
