Sharon Ginter Acton, 68, wife of Roy Acton, passed away Jan. 9 in Conroe, Texas.

Sharon was born in Winchester Feb. 7, 1943, to the late William Brown Ginter and Dorothy Adams Ginter.

She was retired.

Additional survivors include her children, Greg (Tonya) Vaught of Winchester, Lori Dawn Vaught of Lexington, Erika Acton (James) Whitley of Montgomery, Texas, and Roy F. (Beth) Acton II of Tomball, Texas; sisters, Linda Hudson of Boca Rotan, Fla., Lana Dale (Bob) Shrader of Lexington; a brother, William Brown (Bonnie) Ginter, Jr. of Kalamazoo, Mich.; one granddaughter; five grandsons; seven nephews; four nieces; two grand nephews; and three grand nieces.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17 at Scobee Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1:15 p.m. until service time.
