THOMAS DALE JACKSON
Thomas Dale Jackson, 48, husband of Scarlot “Kim” Cox Jackson, died on Thursday, May 3, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
A native of Fayette County, Mr. Jackson was born on Sept. 18, 1963, to the late Carl and Margaret Banks Jackson.
He was a painter and a musician.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a daughter, Krystal Jackson; a son-in-law, Chris Gibson; a grandson, Will Christopher; a sister, Brenda Jackson; three brothers-in-law, Shannon Cox, Joe Cox and Tony Sexton; a sister-in-law, Charlotte Wages; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his son, Thomas D. Jackson Jr; a sister, Lisa Sexton; and a brother, James Banks. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 8, at Scobee Funeral Home by the Rev. Ryan Dotson.
Honorary pallbearers are Will Christopher, Shannon Cox, Joe Cox, Chris Gibson, Bruce Pritchett, Greg Armitage, John Banks and Tony Sexton.
