Working High Above City Hall photo gallery
Construction workers with England Construction Company Masonry Restoration have been working high above City Hall for the past several weeks repairing the bell tower. Workers are currently rebuilding the top part of City Hall. Work is expected to be completed in October. (Sun photos by James Mann)
