Kentucky Street Fire

Winchester Fire-EMS responded to a house fire at 21 Kentucky Street shortly before 7 a.m. on New Year's Day. The structure suffered fire, smoke and heat damage. No one was home when the fire was reported and there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
