Photo Gallery: Empty Bowls 2012

The annual Empty Bowls project was Friday at First Presbyterian Church. Local potters donate handmade bowls, which are used to serve a lunch of soup and bread, as a fundraiser for Clark County Community Services. Lunch is $15, and participants are allowed to keep the bowls. Pottery professor Joe Molinaro and community volunteers Ruthi and Rankin Skinner started the local chapter of the national project in 2009.
