Overall top seed Kentucky advanced to the third round of the NCAA Tournament Thursday night at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville with an 81-66 win over Western Kentucky. The Wildcats will play Iowa State at approximately 7:45 p.m. Saturday night in Louisville.
